HANGAR01 replaces static PDF checklists for flight simulators with interactive ones. A sim pilot picks an aircraft, chooses how much detail they want, and ticks off each item from cockpit preparation to shutdown. It is free and runs in the browser.
What HANGAR01 is
HANGAR01 started as SimCheck, an early version posted on Reddit with three aircraft and a handful of checkboxes. Version 1 went live in May 2026 with 15 aircraft, and the list has grown since, from the Cessna 172 to the Airbus A380.
Each checklist is split into phases, from cockpit preparation to shutdown. Three modes set how much it shows: on the A320neo, Full has 168 items, Normal 136 and Quick 33. A ticked item dims, a finished group dims, and progress stays in the browser between visits.
